Like every class, last Tuesday, November 4th, radiated a gorgeous light. We are so grateful to be able to consistently share our practice with such an amazing community of yogi’s and yogini’s. Thank you. Thank you for shining and always opening up and helping us learn more about each one of you. Check out the photo below from our Heart Chakra week 🙂

This week, on November 11th, we honored our 5th Chakra, the throat. Although we did not plan to honor our throat on Veteran’s Day, it seemed to fit quite nicely. What better way to show gratitude to our Veteran’s than to be more vocal? To realign and restore balance to what gives us a say? To positively affirm our beliefs? Our opinions? A way to creatively express ourselves and say ‘thank you?’

Thank you everyone– for another incredible class. It feels so amazing to see some familiar faces, and even new ones!

Missed our class this week? It’s not a problem. Join us next Tuesday 12pm at The Yogi Tree Center for Growth: 4475 Vineland Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91602

*Next week, we will be working on our 6th Chakra, the Third Eye. I (Kimmy) will be in Colorado Springs for the week, so the lovely Janet will be holding class on her own. I will be sending you all my love and support from afar!

Have an incredible remainder of your day. Express and exude love through positive affirmations– like the one below 🙂

“My thoughts are positive, and I always express myself truthfully and clearly.”

Do you ever get the feeling that we are too focused on the way our life should be rather than simply accepting it the way it is? Think about it. If we can just be content with our journey rather than fast forward or predict the destination, think of how much weight and stress would be lifted off our shoulders. Why not be more open and have less expectations? Live a little 🙂
